Good breakfast, great staff, smallish rooms, good room facilities, noisy lifts, our first stay on floor 10 was not peaceful at night. Sound insulation in rooms near lifts would be a good investment. Our second stay on level 8 had a much larger and more peaceful room - so wheelchair access was better around the entry door. Beds comfortable, bathrooms well appointed. The method of hanging a "do not disturb" sign was not effective and it kept falling off. Investigate a better system. The Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, for example, has a red display light to tell cleaners to not clean the room.

Everything was great except for the room service. Stayed for 7 nights and the room was finally serviced on day 6.

the room is not soundproof, the room not cleaned every day, clean bathroom, clean bed. the location of the hotel is good.
