Hotel does not provide statement of lodging unless you specifically ask for it at check out. In room dining required me to pay directly to server, so I had to chase the receipt afterwards. Value charged did not match the value of dinner - off by 50 cents. Anyone who works at major companies will know that this is NOT expense report friendly - too much hassle.

Attentive staff, helped to resolve a booking issue very quickly an kindly. Restaurant service was attentive and food excellent. Room was very pleasant and attractive. NOTE: My only issue is cosmetic. While appreciating the "Eco" part of the hotel I DID NOT like the dark long hallways that light up with motion sensors. My room was at the far end and much of the time I walked in a dark windowless tunnel before reaching my room. It's unpleasant and gives a cheap feel in addition to not feeling very safe. Please consider having permanent lighting at the ends of the passages and at strategic intervals. Thanks
