I absolutely love this hotel. My husband and I have stayed many times now, and we're never disappointed. We stayed as we were celebrating my birthday ,and when we got to the room (which was upgraded) there was balloons a card and chocolates for me, was such a nice personal touch that makes this hotel what it is and keeps us coming back. The staff are so welcoming and helpful, and I want to say a huge thank you to Aurelija (guest experience manager). She is amazing and goes above and beyond to keep her guests happy. Lovely comfy rooms and spotlessly clean as is the whole hotel, and the breakfast is delicious! Literally can not fault this hotel or the staff. Great transport links and right near the Emirates cable cars, along with bars and restaurants. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, couples, families, or for business.

Hotel and facilities great apart from temperature of hotel (all areas) and the legacy air conditioning.

We had a lovely time there

Well located but not comfortable.

Location was excellent for where we needed to be, but I’d choose another hotel next time. I think this hotel was overpriced. The bed was not comfortable, there was no moisturiser or conditioner in the room. Also the toilet was separated to the bathroom, but there was no sink on the toilet room, which is not very hygienic. The walls in the toilet also had streaks down them, which I hope were water marks or cleaning product marks, not something else.

All benefits provided .. early check in .. drink voucher .. welcome amenity delivered few minutes after arrival at my room .. late check out offered .. easy access with DLR or the Elizabeth line .. breakfast good but no variation from day to day .. nice location with the river next to the hotel
