The stay was good. The hotel is well located close to Glen Waverley shopping and public transport. We had an issue where the shower head kept dropping/drooping, which was very annoying. At night, the room was quite warm, and the cooler would not lower the temperature much. This is a personal thing about sleeping better when it is cooler. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

Continues to live up to expectations but where has bottled waters in each room gone?

Room was freezing. Temp gauge not working. Had to move rooms. Could hear everything from the next rooms toilet lid clanging, taps etc. Could hear every rooms door closing. Greeted with loud conversation at 3am & 6am down the hallway. Terrible.

Although our rooms are equipped with individual heating and air conditioning adjustment, it seems we fell short in ensuring your comfort this time. Additionally, we are concerned about the noise disturbances you reported. Our hotel is designed with double glazing to minimize external noise, yet it appears that the tranquility of your stay was compromised, for which we are truly sorry. Every thing was fine - other than my bill was charged twice to my credit card. Fixing it was done in an efficient enterprise and timely way.
