Great Experience at Ibis Al Rigga.

The hotel was great. Great rooms, and very clean interior. We also really enjoyed the different meals that were very well prepared. It was a great getaway with my wife, and waking up to very nice views was a plus. The service was top notch, especially Mercy, a jovial and welcoming soul. I will gladly come back during my business trips to Dubai, and I'm glad my wife introduced me to your hotel.

Didn’t like the hotel

Postive-merci in the front desk was very attentive. Rest everything was really bad room likes a partition very small.noice in the room you can hear noice from next room. Don’t have even a proper soap or shampoo in the room when we ask for shampoo they said its multiple purpose 🤷🏻‍♂️🤷🏻‍♂️very funny

Dubai floods. Last minute accommodation

We desperately needed a hotel, we knew Ibis from previous stays in other countries so chose it. It was <5 min walk to metro and only a couple of stops to the airport.Plenty of cafes around. We walked to the creek in about 30 mins. Comfortable beds, good shower, no noise. Breakfast was on offer but we chose to eat out. We had dinner one night and it was very ordinary. For people not expecting to stay in Dubai we were pleasantly surprised. All staff were lovely under very trying circumstances.
