Staff were very pleasant. Room was clean & quiet despite being in a busy area of Angers. Good location & parking. Overall experience is that this hotel is a good 3 star rather than 4 - Corridors felt dark with navy walls & dark carpet. Bed had poorly fitted plastic under sheet and was very uncomfortable & felt like burning to skin. Kettle available but paper cups were very thin. Towels on small size. Air conditioning was a bit erratic. Breakfast an adequate fare but expensive for what it was. The ‘hot’ option was cool under cooked scrambled eggs and fatty bacon. Overall, & haven stayed in other 4 star hotels in Angers, I probably won’t book this hotel again.

Good overall stay but in the middle of the night there were banging and squeaky noise coming

Un grand merci pour les nombreux points positifs que vous citez. C'est pour nous une très belle reconnaissance. Nous sommes navrés de lire que des bruits extérieurs ont perturbés votre nuit. Il ne faut surtout pas hésiter à demander à notre personnel. Nous sommes présents 24h/24h pour répondre à vos questions. Nous aurions pu vous changer de chambre. Every year my wife and I choose this hotel for a five-day stay at the January Film Festival. We do this because of its location, its comfort, its friendly staff, and its excellent breakfast buffet. This year, it did not disappoint us in any way.

Stayed for 1 night during a visit to Angers. Convenient location and easy walking to most tourist attractions ; the tram is also available right across from the hotel. Very nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms, nespresso machine, robes, slippers for Accor members.. There is the added advantage of hotel parking ($20 E). It is recommended to join the Accor loyalty program (free) for special benefits and offers. I would stay again.
