Excellent breakfast for an overall good stay

We booked the Mercure because of the location. There was several things that we felt were not up to standard. Accessible rooms should have a shower to cater for most disabilities. Water pressure low in one of our rooms resulted in shower temperature issues.

First night at the mercure

Down here for work sadly… however Had a great first night at the hotel! A few issues during the night due to guests setting off fire alarms, however the staff were brilliant with the situation! The waiting staff and food were brilliant, Tom the bar man was very accommodating over the evening and kept us happy.
