The Sebel Mandurah

The Sebel Mandurah is a luxury, 4.5-star waterfront hotel in Mandurah, just a 50 minute drive south of Perth and overlooking the Mandurah Estuary at The Point. Unfortunately the 5th time staying at the sebel and each time further disappointed than the previous. The room was a bit tired looking and everything else that lead us to it lacklustre. The pool was used by our family and was a lovely temp however the box of pool towels that were available were all very musty smelling. I would never usually send a response especially for gripes however I felt for the price tag we have paid at the sebel it has consistently declined and doesn't meet with the expectations that come with the cost.

Good location to stay in Mandurah

The hotel is fine and room was clean. A couple of things no complimentary bottled water and wasn't advised where to park. Also wasn't advised how to access the boardwalk other than walking down a lot of stairs. Another person staying at the same hotel advised that there was access and a lift which I accessed later in the night.
