I am constantly amazed at how the staff at Quy West continue to have the Best Customer service staff that of any accommodation experiences I have ever stayed at. Big Call. The culture continues when new members are inducted in the Staff, and you can see that this is a Positive Friendly Culture, that is lead from the top down. James/Malcom/Michael/Katrina are just a few of the Great front desk staff that are warm & welcoming. Always helpful.

We had a really lovely stay at Quay West Suites! Buffet breakfast selection was a bit small but everything was delicious. Indoor pool and spa were gorgeous, super clear water and lovely statues. Pool was very warm and spa was boiling hot, like soup! The lobby area was also very beautiful, and modern, lots of seating. Our room was HUGE and the bed was giant and super comfortable, best nights sleep I have had in a hotel in Melbourne over many many travels. Great location, couldnt fault it
