The breakfast staff was amazing, very polite, special Rebeka and the manager. Rebeka always tried to make our stay pleasant, smiling all the time and she found activities for our children so we could enjoy a good coffee at height. We will return with pleasure.

We really liked the hotel. It's clean, well-maintained. The view from the window is magnificent. And the staff is very nice, especially the girls from the restaurant Rebeka and Aline.

Best experience! Great staff! Top breakfast, the ladies were great, the manager and Rebeka was very helpful and nice! The room was very clean and well equipped. The staff was very supportive with the marathon participants organizing a special breakfast and champagne and special medals.

We very much enjoyed the restaurant - it was a lovely experience with the staff and the food was of an amazing quality. The room was nice and comfortable - loved the wall of the shower feature but didn’t love that there weren’t any robes or slippers provided to complete the experience. The pillows also could be fuller :) We also enjoyed the swimming pool area and its opening times! All staff at the hotel were welcoming.

Amazing view, but..

This was our second visit and the Hotel was very comfortable with a nice atmosphere both times and amazing views over London. This visit however, our room had a view/not view glass wall to the bathroom. This seemed strange to us, but each to their own. However this feature meant that if one of us went to the bathroom during the night, the light illuminated the whole room and wakes the other person, disturbing our night's sleep.
