AWFUL STAY

My experience at Novotel hotel was AWFUL!!!! When I entered the room I was like okay this is nice started to explore the room more and there was SKID MARKS left in my toilet!! but then the next morning went to have a shower and they’re was no running water at all like in the tap or in the shower, with reception failed to tell us they where having issues with for the last couple days. Now I went down to speak to repetition to see if it was just my room having the issue and when I went down they’re she was rude and disrespectful and even so the engineers where they’re taking the piss out of me witch I think is highly unprofessional!!!! But I will say the Breakfast was lovely and the bed is very comfy but if you like skid marks and not being able to take a shower this hotel is for you!!!!!

Ridiculous disabled support - phoned to say I have to have parking with my hotel stay as I am disabled. Told that this wasn't at all possible - so I will book elsewhere but what is the point of having accessible rooms if you don't provide any chance for someone who is disabled to stay there because you wont allow pre-bookable parking even for someone who can prove they are disabled. I wont ever even think about booking novotel as this is clearly unacceptable to not be able to cater for people with limited mobility.

Suspect fire evacuation!

02.15 woken by fire alarm sounding, building evacuated, only one member of staff visible. Most of the guest remained in the reception or restaurant area while the rest of us made our way outside. The alarm continued to sound for arounds 20 min at no time was there any effort ensure all guests moved outside the hotel. There was no explanation from the hotel. The alarm eventually stopped, again no announcement that it was safe to go back in. Eventually we could see gust making their way to the lifts. I went in and saw a member of staff at reception and guest queuing to speak to him, so I joined the queue. When I got to the front he enquired what I wanted, I said I'd assumed you were doing a roll call, he was not, I asked was it safe to return to our rooms, he confirmed it was! I find it hard to believe this is how the hotel deal with such an incident, it certainly doesn't follow any recognised fire evacuation I've seen! Not impressed at all!

We have stayed twice at the Novotel Wembley and have enjoyed both stays. The location is perfect for events at the stadium or arena, the underground car park is an added bonus. The staff are welcoming and friendly and once they found out it was my birthday on the day of our stay they brought chocolates, balloons, a card and a free drinks voucher for myself and my husband. Great service and the rooms are comfortable and well equipped.

We stayed here for a night after an international match. We were impressed by the family suite, two clean, comfortable and spacious rooms, very quiet for the Wembley location. Lovely to have a fridge and cooking facilities.The location is so practical both for the stadium and an easy tube transport connection.
