Room and room services are good including breakfast facilities. However, I requested a mail on my visit to Guwahati last month. However, authorities disregard my suggested room rate due to financial constraints inside my organization. But during my current visit, it has happened with other sources in less amounts.

Excellent service. I liked the best when the chef came personally and checked if the buffet was fine. And when I expressed that I wanted fried rice and gravy, he specially made it for me. I loved the personalised service ! Very safe and lovely place to stay!

Improvement in ambience and food

The location of hotel is good, however the condition of property is pathetic. Food is not at all good. It needs to be improved with more options. F&B manager is not at all flexible in modalities despite a guest staying for more than 7-8 days.
