Mercure Hotel in Bandung exceeded my expectations in every way. From the welcoming staff to the comfortable rooms, every aspect of my stay was exceptional. The hotel's prime location made exploring Bandung a breeze, and the delicious dining options on-site were a delightful bonus. I highly recommend Mercure Hotel for anyone visiting Bandung.

The hotel Is Very well located and the Rooms are clean and well maintained with very friendly Staffs. Upon our arrival, We were well welcomed and helped by Pak Rizal and the hotel duty manager Pak Septa. We stayed there for 2 nights. The breakfast Is good (but it can be better if it Is less salty) and they serve different main course everyday. All the restaurant Staffs are Very friendly and helpful, Especially the restaurant supervisors Pak Irpran dan Ibu Rika are very kind and attentive, keep on checking on us whether ww need help, cause we are wirh our mom who Is on wheelchair. We will come back to this hotel next visit to Bandung.

Booked 2 room. 1 room Air conditioner is broken already complain but still HOT. ROOM NO 323. Asking for more water because my wife is pregnant only can get 2 bottle /ask.

Room smelly, parking difficult

All should be ok until I found one of booking room was really smelly. The equipment that refresh the air also not working How come you put an equipment to refresh the air, but the equipment itself not working. Parking space also problem

Door frame in bathroom isnt properly fitted, it's hard to close and lock the door. Adjoining door isn't properly fitted as well, noise from the family next door leaks easily. Spa is not available since the workers are on holiday. Pool is too narrow. Breakfast is the only good thing.
