We enjoyed roof top Japanese restaurant and hall staff Ms. Neng and entrance staff Mr. Panda welcome us with heart fully! All Dish and atmosphere is also so wonderful too. And could spent time with much joy.. We definitely come back here for something special ❤️

Restaurant staff and front desk were very kind but lack empathy and proactive attitude. Staff at restaurant took requests but forgot to deliver. There were customers on other tables complaining about the same. But on the other hand I requested again and they were kind enough to apologize and serve my request immediately. Housekeeping staff left the room saying the room was cleaned but found that the table was not cleaned and cups left unclean. After requesting they did revisit and got everything cleaned. Same as the front desk, very polite and helpful team but made me wait for no reason as they wanted to attend the person behind me in the queue for whatsoever reason. Again when asked they were kind enough to apologize and assist me with details I wanted.

overall stay was fine and no major hassles. However, the staff are highly stressed, response was quite slow, and dont seem to have enough resources to service guests. First floor restaurant was really good ! Valet parking was usually delayed, poor response for calls to guest services, promises of call back never returned, internal maintenance of rooms (electricals) needs real improvement, room service response was below par and required multiple followups,

The stay was fine, and the room was very cozy. However, the approach at the time of check in was could have been better especially at the cafeteria where we were told that there is not a single seat available when the Restaurant was quite empty. Since there were multiple choices available within the immediate vicinity, we left the place and had a good meal. Also in the room, we had no sugar available which took quite some time for it to be filled in. The speed to delivery has to improve significantly to be able to compete with the very best.

The service is excellent. The staff are so kind, polite and helpful. The room cleaning and dining was also very good. The hotel is central and ideally located. The food is delicious. The hotel has a main restaurant with buffet and a Japanese restaurant on the rooftop. Good value for money.
