Lodge/Motel for a price of 5 star hotel. Worst hotel expirience ever

Smelly rooms with mustard oil like unbearable odour. Nearly unresponsive staff. The amenities promised were missing from the room. Room service is a big joke. No one showed up! Every time i had to reach the reception for small things. Never visit this property if you just want to go to imagica.

Confusion in Check out date

I booked my stay from Club Mahindra from 26th to the 29th of April 2024. On 28th Morning I get a call from reception asking me what time I am checking out. I told them I have booked stay till 29th but they said it shows 28th in their system. Then after a lot of discussions with the reception and the reservation team they finally "extended" my stay till 29th. This was a bitter experience for me. Also the rooms lack any kind of noise insulation. Every room is internally connected to the adjoining room through a door. Due to this the noise from the one room easily passes to another room. I figured out nothing can be done for this and had to tolerate this for my entire stay duration.

Uncomfortable Stay.

We had 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 kids. Our experience wasn't very good to mention. The rooms did not have additional blankets. Service desk did not provide in spite of 2 calls asking for it. Check-in experience was bad, as we had to wait due to door lock issue till someone could come to repair and we could get in (room 556). Only 2 Bath towels provided between 3 People ! in spite of booking for 2 adults and 1 Kid per room.
