We loved staying here. We had 2 x 2 bedroom apartments and a 1 bedroom apartment for a family holiday. Our apartments were side by side and there was even a connecting door between one of the 2 bed apartments and the 1 bedroom apartment which we opened to allow easy access for our grandchildren to move between our apartments. The apartments are very spacious clean and comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool area with poolside bar was also great with the staff there also very friendly. There was a huge shopping mall across the road with many restaurants and a large supermarket. It was also walking distance to great shopping and eating streets. We will definitely stay here again when next in KL.

seems the front desk staff wasnt clear about how much will be charged when I check out, on my first day of arrival, the staff said RM$37.xx, when I checked out the next time, I was being told to pay a higher amount at RM$6x, so confused.

I was a bit disappointed with my check-in experience. Initially, I checked in online before arriving at the hotel. Upon arrival, I processed my data without issue and left my luggage there since my room wasn't ready, then went out for lunch. When I returned around 1 P.M. to get my key, there was only one guest at the reception and nobody at the priority check-in desk. I assumed the priority desk receptionist had stepped away momentarily, so I sat there waiting. After about 5 to 10 minutes, another receptionist told me I needed to join the regular queue, even behind guests who arrived after me, arguing it wouldn’t be fair otherwise. This left me wondering why nobody informed me earlier as I sat at the priority desk. What’s the point of having a priority check-in if it's unattended? Eventually, when the queue had almost cleared, the priority desk receptionist returned. After that, everything went smoothly, but it might be time to consider updating and maintaining the interior it’s starting to show its age.
