The facilities of the hotels were impressive. Nice gym, amazing pool, friendly staffs. Breathtaking views and not too hard to get to. The drawbacks are the condition of the rooms are fairly old and not the cleanest. You could smell mould in certain part of the room.

Lovely hotel, felt very relaxed as soon as we arrived, staff were all very friendly. Ideal for what we wanted, extremely close to Patong area (5 minute taxi). Lovely food options at the hotel also.

Just wonderful with Kids Club at Avista Hideaway.

I went to the Den (Kids Club). My daughter and my son so happy to play in the kids club. Jee and Hong making hair braiding for my daughter. Up and Lit play the game with my son. I'm happy with this hotel. I will come back to Avista on the next year, I promise.

Amazing experience loved every minute of our stay. The only critique is the food for half board was mediocre but the food at the restaurant was excellent
