Crossbadger TripAdvisor review

We stayed in 7 hotels during our Texas road trip and this was the pick of the bunch. Feels (and smells!) classy from the minute you walk in the door. Excellent receptionist too. Rooms very comfortable with all the amenities you would want for a two day stay, a very comfortable bed and good pillows. Bar area is excellent and a Starbucks on site is a bonus. Anything worth doing in Dallas is within reasonable walking distance so it is perfectly positioned.

The Fairmont is my favorite hotel in Dallas. The rooms are large with great amenities. The Gold Lounge is awesome. Malik and Brandi were great host in the lounge. They made sure our needs were met. We stayed here with family and thoroughly enjoyed all this hotel has to offer. We will definitely stay here anytime we are in Dallas.

Cold showers and dated room- very disappointing!

I’ve stayed at this location for almost 20 years and it’s gone downhill fast! I stay here about 35 nights a year. The past few times I’ve stayed have been a nightmare. One time the AC was not working during the hot, humid summer weather. Another time the heater was not working during a snow storm and the room was freezing. This last stay I had to take an ice cold shower because the hot water wasn’t working. I’m looking for a different place to stay moving forward.
