Beautiful hotel. Off site parking underground at the Art Gallery is easy to get to, and not far to walk at all.

I live in ottawa and wanted night out not happy room I got couldn’t sleep it was so load could here bars driving and people talking on street and my window was closed. I book once a month night out did dinner and drinks and wish hotels give more deals for people who live in the city like brook street gives deals 199.99 a night and 50 voucher for dinner and they have a beautiful jazz room that’s a great night out. I end up spending $500 no problem but at your hotel I paid $291 per night plus $60 for parking plus tax had five drinks total between two of us and a cheese platter and some french fries and that was $248, so I total spent at your hotel 550 And left at 7 AM in the morning because the breakfast was way too expensive so I had to go somewhere else and couldn’t sleep in because it was just so loud

I was greeted by a very friendly and helpful staff when I checked in and checked out of the Chateau Laurier on April 8th and 9th. The staff member made sure to tell me about everything that was happening at the hotel and with my reservation. She was pleasant and very nice. I was very impressed with the her and the overall stay at the hotel

Good location for sightseeing

Check in desk clerk very helpful...was able to locate on Easter Sunday evening an open pharmacy where we could purchase distilled water for our CPAP machines.
