Repeated stay with quite some disappointments

I booked 3 rooms for my me and my family to stay in the hotel during my wedding. Occupation was booked for 2PAX, 2PAX and 3PAX. The reservation with the manager directly in the hotel worked without any problems and very promising. She announced that we could use an early check-in for 1 room from 9am and in 1 room a welcome bottle of sparkling would be placed, in a 2nd room a bottle of white wine. On arrival at 10am on 26.01., the receptionist informed that check-in would only be available after 2pm. I insisted on the prior agreement and my client status and suddenly the check-in of the first room was possible. What other critical points, I like to point out: 1. No welcome bottles were presented as announced. 2. in the 3PAX room, the third bed was missing. We expected it to be placed until we would return after dinner, but nothing. So we actively had to organize the third bed during the night. 3. In preparation for the wedding, my wife ordered tea to the room. It was brought instantly but the service insisted on immediate settlement of the bill. 4. We left for the wedding with our entourage, dressed and visible celebrating our special day. I understand that we didn't book the wedding package and celebration in the hotel, but this level of ignorance and even only lack of any wishes from the hotel team is ashaming and definitely not what I would expect from a 5star hotel for diamond level clients. 5. Later on 27.01. we went up to the city space bar for some last drinks. At the entrance, the team noted our room numbers. Before I personally left the bar, I settled the bill directly. My family from Germany staid. Same situation as with the tea during the day. They ordered another beer and when it came to pay, the bar refused to write it to the room. As foreigners they were not able to pay by credit card and thanks god that I gave them some RUB when they came to Russia, so one of them headed to the room, took the money and returned to settle the bill. I am an All Accor Diamond client, regular guest in Swissotel Krasny Holmy and really easy going. But neither I didn't want to spoil our weekend further nor did I want to make a scene with the poor reception girls. But this was a real fail. A soft comment from my wife when we checked-out was answered by the receptionist with a promise for another upgrade next time we would come to Swissotel. To be honest, with our current All Accor status this is worth nothing. What happened, happened, and I mostly only advise that everything will be undertaken to prevent such flaws of service and hospitality in the future. Swissotel Krasny Holmy is better than it showed this time.
