We had a lovely time at the hotel with my family, rooms were very clean at all times and all the facilities were up to standards. I have forgot a personal item there which member of staff Aliia and Elena have been very helpful to arrange a delivery for me so I want to thank them separately!!

Just returned from a week stay at this amazing resort. We travelled with 3 young children and enjoyed our stay. The staff were very helpful and always went out of their way to help us and made our stay with the kids very easy. The whatsapp service is a very good concept and wished all hotels would take this on board. The kids enjoyed the Rixy club/pool as this kept them busy and entertained with all the different activites they had on a daily basis. The a la carte restuarants were top notch and provided a whole fine dining experience with amzaing food. The buffet at the Turquoise restuarant had a lot of different and vaired food to suit all needs, special shoutout to chef Deepak. Also the free access and shuttle to Land of Legends is a positive. Finally thanks for making our holiday memorable and special thanks to Yaroslav, Anna and Zyphar.

Honestly this is the best resort I’ve visited, I’ve been to other RIXOS resorts and this stands head & shoulders above them all, this is the second time I’ve been here in BELEK first being in April 2022 and it’s been an amazing experience again. Firstly Jannet & Dogan welcomed us and invited us to join a WhatsApp group so we can communicate with each other. They are very helpful and go above and beyond for everyone and made us feel very comfortable . The al carte restaurants are 10/10 it’s a beautiful experience with all the different themes in each restaurant, Mykorini literally blew us away with their dinner show. The waiters and managers are very good and attentive to your needs. The Turqouis buffet restaurant was great with loads of options and great service. The pool waiters were awesome also. We were recommended to go for a massage at the Anjana spa and they did not disappoint, it literally felt like I was floating afterwards. The rooms & the resort overall cleanliness was impressive. I’ve loved every minute while staying here and am already looking forward to my next stay.

IslandLoveTraveller Families - TripAdvisor review

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. It has a lot of potential but isn’t quite there. The energy and atmosphere was missing & some of the staff very rude. We booked a family suite & were given a legendary suite (which is one kids room, one adult), which is not ideal as most our party was not children. There is a lot of confusion around land of legends & what’s included - we later learnt nothing except entry (they didn’t even give us towels). The restaurant booking system is terrible - it’s on the day & you are always left with 10pm onwards or nothing. We didn’t even get to try all three restaurants because of this. The legendary suites are far away from everything else, so long walk & cold at night. Entertainment was extremely limited. There is no food by the beach or pool. You need to walk back to the hotel for that. The 24-7 a La carte restaurant is horrible - food standard very low there. Some of the staff seem quite rude & unwillingly to help. I would be waiting for help & would be walked past several times, but others got served - I think it’s a racial thing. There are bugs in the room so we got bitten. The housekeeping are hit or miss with restocking essentials like toilet tissue. In room mini bar is basic. Something in the water damaged out skin badly - it would burn when washing my face & we left with very damaged skin. Lots of dead jelly fish on the beachfront. Sand is grey with lots of stones & rocks. Godiva cafe was good. A few staff were good - Mohindra in Pan Asian & Ali in Turkish Steakhouse. 24-7 lounge good. Facilities overall are decent. Lots of sunbeds reserved by towels & can take very long to get served drinks by the beach. Sometimes the towels run out & they take a while to restock. Drinks limited or there isn’t any menus. The hotel has a lot of potential but I personally would not return.

We are consistently impressed by the service quality at Rixos, which truly knows how to pamper its guests. The attention to detail and exceptional service keep us loyal to Rixos. A big thank you to Jannet for ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay, to Mrs. Vesile for making our room so welcoming each day, and to Halit for his outstanding service at the Aksam restaurant and for introducing us to the delicious manti. Despite our high expectations as guests accustomed to impeccable service from Rixos, Mr. Dogan Erdogan perfectly met all our needs from start to finish.
