Banyan Tree is a beautiful resort and the people are very kind. We especially loved the team at the Pool Bar: Tiffy, O, Sakol, Men, Pang, Mui, Ton, and Wut. They learned our order over the days and always told us when it was happy hour (2 for 1!). Would love to visit again.

Paradise, relaxation and phenomenal service

Best hotel we have ever stayed in. We had a pool villa for 2 adults and 2 children. It was extremely luxurious and relaxing. Every member of staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble at all. Excellent service at check in, buggy service, breakfast, room service, room cleaning, concierge trips, pool service thank you to Tiffy, O, Men, Pang. Spa was definitely worth a visit, thank you to Earn for a fantastic massage. Thank you to all the staff at the Banyan Tree, we had a truly wonderful stay.

Incredible resort - ultra-luxury

Absolutely incredible stay at Banyan Tree Phuket! We stayed in a Signature Pool Villa for our Honeymoon. Everything was exceptional, all staff go above and beyond to deliver 5* service. Breakfast was consistently amazing; as were all food choices at the numerous restaurants (Saffron, Veya in particular). The villa with the pool and sala was great. Daily turndown service with complimentary gifts were a very nice touch. The resort seems very well laid out and the bicycle hire was very helpful as was the complimentary golf buggy and Laguna shuttle bus transfers. I would highly recommend Banyan Tree Phuket, we will be sure to visit again!
